Refund, replacement and cancellation conditions
Every purchased Business Manager, attached profile and add-on includes a 7-day replacement guarantee from delivery. If anything is wrong, contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and a description of the issue; we will arrange a replacement. A refund is available if the customer has not received the Business Manager because of an issue on metabmstore's side. Request refund review through WhatsApp. The replacement guarantee does not replace mandatory consumer rights. Contact us for the applicable refund processing timeframe and method.
7-day replacement guarantee
The guarantee starts when each purchased asset is delivered and lasts 7 days. If anything is wrong with the delivered BM, attached profile or an add-on, report the issue within that window on WhatsApp with your order reference and a description or redacted screenshot. We will arrange a replacement. This is replacement cover, separate from the refund policy for seller-side non-delivery. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
How to request help
Contact the seller with your order reference, date and a description of the issue. Do not provide account passwords or payment secrets. Keep relevant correspondence and payment references.
Crypto payment issues
Late transfers are flagged for manual review; they do not automatically complete the order. Wrong-network, wrong-token and incorrect-amount transfers are not automatically credited. Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed by this website. Any approved crypto refund requires a separate transfer by the seller; this app does not hold wallet keys.
Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
